User Groups

A user group consists of users of a particular system / software. These groups meet to collectively discuss and resolve concerns, issues as well as important policy and service updates.

 

The Employee Training Center (ETC) user is made up of power users. A power user is defined as a department / entity that is responsible for compliance trainings or a large quantity of trainings. This group meets semi-annually and as needed. This group meets to discuss concerns, issues as well as important policy and service updates. The DMC user group is comprised of customers that use the Document Management Center (DMC) scanning services. This groups meets semi-annually and as needed to discuss concerns, issues as well as important policy and service updates.
